The Ear Clinic – Price Guide (from 6th April 2025)
When you buy hearing aids directly from us, ongoing aftercare is included at no extra charge.
However, if you purchased your hearing aids elsewhere and need professional aftercare support, we’re happy to help if you can no longer return to your original provider or prefer not to. These services are available for an additional fee to cover our professional time.
Who Our Aftercare Packages Are For:
Our packages are ideal for:
• Clients unhappy with their current provider and not getting the support they need
• People who have moved away from their original clinic and want local aftercare
• Confident, experienced users who didn’t purchase aftercare but now want occasional support.
• Part-time UK residents (e.g. expats) who need flexible, pay-as-you-go support
While we offer several aftercare options, the best value remains purchasing your hearing aids from us with included aftercare, giving you peace of mind and priority support.
Aftercare Packages For Hearing Aids
These packages do not include repairs, parts, or consumables (batteries, wax guards, tubes etc.). They cover professional time only.
Follow up appointments can be delivered remotely over the internet if required.
Important Notes
• When hearing aids are purchased directly from The Ear Clinic, aftercare is included at no extra cost.
• If you bought your hearing aids elsewhere, we’re happy to provide aftercare packages as above.
• You may be eligible for a £80 hearing assessment credit if you purchase hearing aids within 6 months of
assessment.
